Final of Technical Data Contest was Realized

The final stage of the technical information competition, which began last February among employees of Koyuncu Vehicle Inspection which is partner of TÜVTÜRK took place during a magnificent and exciting ceremony. 14 finalists from 3 different professional groups received their prize after the final competition.

Koyuncu Vehicle Inspection General Manager, Mr. Osman Şenkul, who made a speech before the final competition, said that they completed the competition with 206 competitors in six sessions. Mr. Osman Şenkul emphasized that the competition was an interesting activity that updated the information, photographed deficiencies and strengthened communication within the company and he shared obtained outcomes from the competition as follows:

 “Thanks to formed skill matrix, 50 missing subjects were identified in 21 stations. Vice presidents of our stations provided total 601 training sessions to 151 employees. We have achieved a long-term social activity that encompasses all professional groups and creates enthusiasm. The measurement of the technical competence based to the employees and the stations was carried out. Quality awareness has been increased in our stations. I would like to express my gratitude to my colleagues who took place organization of the contest and to all the candidates who prepared the competition very seriously. "
